A Christmas in the Alps, by Melody Carlson, is a very interesting holiday tale.  After the death of her grandmother, Simone Winthrop makes a trip overseas, to hopefully track down a treasure left to her by her great-grandmother.  Thankfully Simone is sitting next to Kyle, a kind man who helps her overcome her fear of flying!

Kyle has ventured to Europe in hopes of improving his knowledge of building clocks.  Surprisingly, Kyle and Simone end up in the same french village, high in the Alps.  As Simone reconnects with her family, Kyle finds an opportunity to work at her family's watch and clock factory!

Will Simone ever learn the story of the missing family treasure and will it lead to a lasting relationship with Kyle?  Hang on to discover the answers to these questions and so much more!

A Midnight Dance, by Joanna Davidson Politano, is an interesting tale set in London, England.  After her mother's death, Ella Blythe has gained a scholarship to begin her ballet training.  Her mother had not wanted her to enter this world.  An unknown person had injured her mother years ago.  However, Ella cannot resist its call!

As Ella seeks to learn the truth of the mystery of her mother's former life, she must deal with the presence of Jack Dorian and Philippe Rousseau.  Both men seem to have an interest in Ella; however, she has no idea what they are after.  You hope their interest is for Ella's good and not her demise.  As she learns each new dance move, it is beautiful to see Ella's relationship with God blossom!

By the final page of this tale, you will not only discover Ella's place in the dance world, but also the truth behind her mother's experience!
