In Tune With Love: An April Wedding Story


















In Tune With Love is the latest book by Amy Matayo.  April Quinn and Jack Vaughn are working hard at a popular bar in Nashville, each trying to become noticed on the country music scene.  When Jack finds some lyrics written on a scrap of paper, he turns these words into a song that hits big.  He becomes a star, but he does not realize that April wrote these words that launched him into the limelight!

Three years later, April is working at the same bar, still waiting to be noticed.  When her sister loses her wedding planner with only four days until the big day, April jumps in to help her sister out.  She works on  everything from decorations to writing wedding vows; but she panics when she finds out her sister has hired Jack Vaughn as her wedding singer!

The Art of Losing Yourself is the latest novel by Kate Ganshert.  In this novel, you meet two sisters whose lives are falling apart, for two very different reasons!

Carmen Hart is a successful meteorologist married to Ben Hart, an equally successful high school football coach.  The main problem is that after six miscarriages, they are still childless and have a marriage that is falling apart!   Suddenly, Carmen's half-sister Gracie Fisher enters the scene.   Seventeen-year-old Gracie has lived her entire life with her alcoholic mother, who is drifting in and out of rehab clinics.  When Gracie becomes involved with problems at school, her mother threatens to send her to her father's house.  Gracie runs away to the only safe place she can remember, The Treasure Chest.

As these sisters begin restoring the old family hotel, Carmen and Gracie painfully attempt to grow a new friendship.  Along the way, their friendship does grow, but more importantly, they both find that God is the only one who can fill that hole deep inside each of them!

A Love Like Ours


















In A Love Like Ours, the latest novel by Becky Wade, you are introduced to the final Porter brother. Jake is the most handsome of the brothers, but he is also the most wounded. After his tours in Iraq, he has returned home with physical wounds, as well as deep emotional pain!

Next, you meet Lyndie James.  She and Jake were childhood friends before her parents relocated their family to California.  Lyndie and her family have returned to Texas after twenty years away.  After Lyndie gets a job exercising horses at the farm where Jake manages the training of thoroughbreds, Lyndie is determined to help Jake in his own recovery by loving him as only a friend can!

As you see Lyndie and Jake learn to handle their emotions when they grow to more than just friendship, you also see God perform a miracle in Jake's life!

Maggie, whose four older brothers died in the war, lives alone with her father on their family estate, Linden Downs.  They are both concerned that they may have to sell their property to pay off their debt, until the day when her father meets Cullen McGrath.  Maggie's father makes a bargain with Cullen, he will sell his estate to him, but only with the promise that Cullen will marry his daughter!

Whenever You Come Around


















You will meet Charity Anderson on the first pages of Whenever You Come Around by Robin Lee Hatcher.  While Charity's parents are out of town and her condo is being repaired, she has returned to her hometown in Kings Meadow, Idaho hoping she can find some quiet to work on her latest novel.

Moments after entering her parents home, Charity notices Buck Malone next door.  Seeing him (a former classmate she had a secret crush on) takes her back to a dark time she would much rather forget.  Charity Anderson has a secret that no one knows, that she would rather stay that way!

After Charity causes an accident that severely injures both Buck's wrist and ankle, she must pitch in to help Buck out wherever she can.  He will not be able to perform his work as a wilderness guide for the unseeable future.  The time Charity and Buck spend together over the summer grows their friendship to the point that Buck finds himself ready to commit to a forever with Charity; however, Charity still has a lot of baggage from her past to work through with both God and Buck!

Chance of Loving You is a book that contains several sweet tales of love told by some of your favorite authors.

Terry Blackstock introduces you to Julie Sheffield and Blake Adcock in For Love of Money.  Blake spends several hours one evening at the restaurant where Julie works as a waitress.  He could not go home and deal with all the dreams that had earlier crumbled at his feet.  After Blake shares all his woes with Julie, he leaves the restaurant, paying his bill and leaving a tip for Julie: a half of a lottery ticket.  Wait and see where life takes these two after they win $20 million dollars!
