One Last Chance, by Susan May Warren, opens with Axel Mulligan trying to rescue a young girl who has been caught up in some icy waters in Alaska. Her kayak had bobbed up empty. So Axel is diving deep to try to save this girl!
The next person you meet is Flynn Turnquist, a former detective who is currently in Alaska searching for her missing twin sister. Before you know it, Flynn makes a connection with Axel and he decides to help her search for her sister!
It is interesting to watch Axel and Flynn work together, as they move through obstacles on their way to possibly locating her sister. Hang on for the wild ride!
