Second Chance at Sunshine Inn, by Amy Clipston, opens with Everleigh McFadden learning, at the reading of her godmother, Alana’s will, that she is a fifty-percent owner of her bed-and-breakfast.  Cade Witherson, her partner in this inn, had made a promise to Alana to keep everything running.  However, once Everleigh arrives on the scene, he realizes this with be no easy task!

Everleigh is more focused on selling the inn to move the funds toward a neonatal non-profit than maintaining Alana’s dream.  It is interesting to watch what happens in the midst of this conflict.  Cade suddenly is contacted by his half-brother.  His mother had never told anyone about this secret from her past.  This new reality will forever change Cade’s life!

You wonder how Everleigh and Cade will finally handle, not only their joint ownership of the inn, but also their growing feelings for each other!

Convincing the Cowgirl, by Jody Hedlund, opens with Patience Courtney meeting her cousin, Lizette.  This woman not only claims to be the only child of her Uncle John, but also to be the sole heir to his inheritance.  This new information means that Patience and her sister Felicity are now penniless!

Now Patience must find a new way to continue supporting herself.  Marriage is an easy answer to what she is seeking.  When Patience learns that rancher, Spencer Walcott, is seeking a wife to help care for his young daughter, Evangeline.  This marriage will definitely bring something new and interesting to Patience’s world!

It is interesting to see what comes of this new relationship.  You will wonder if Spenser can overcome hurts from his past and be shocked by what happens when Patience discovers that Lizette is not who she claims to be!

Hudson is an extremely wealthy man and could truly erase all of Charity’s debt.  When Hudson takes Charity to Denver to attend a high society ball, not only does he fall in love with her  but rumors start flying in a very ugly way!

On the opening pages of Storm Warning, by Elizabeth Goddard, you will see Remi Grant, the manager of a lodge along the rocky shores of Washington, being rescued from a certain death.  Former military pilot Hawk Beckett had arrived on the scene just in time.  As they make their way to an adjoining cliff, Hawk cannot help noticing that the rope Remi had been attempting to use in her escape had actually been shredded.  Something shady was definitely going on!

Remi and Hawk had actually met before; however, after a traumatic incident had caused amnesia, Remi has no recall of this fact.  When clues from her past keep showing up, Remi knows she needs help.  Someone had definitely found her in spite of all her efforts to stay hidden.  All Remi can do is turn to Hawk for protection!

 This is a high-intensity tale as both Remi and Hawk attempt to stay one step ahead of a killer.  You will be surprised by the identity of the culprit when it is revealed on the final pages!
