A Midnight Dance, by Joanna Davidson Politano, is an interesting tale set in London, England. After her mother's death, Ella Blythe has gained a scholarship to begin her ballet training. Her mother had not wanted her to enter this world. An unknown person had injured her mother years ago. However, Ella cannot resist its call!
As Ella seeks to learn the truth of the mystery of her mother's former life, she must deal with the presence of Jack Dorian and Philippe Rousseau. Both men seem to have an interest in Ella; however, she has no idea what they are after. You hope their interest is for Ella's good and not her demise. As she learns each new dance move, it is beautiful to see Ella's relationship with God blossom!
By the final page of this tale, you will not only discover Ella's place in the dance world, but also the truth behind her mother's experience!
