A February Bride, the latest novella in the Year of Weddings Series, was written by Betsy St. Amant.
The story opens with Allie Andrews in a panic on her wedding day! She is in the bridal room, in a dress she hates, and all she can think about is how easy it would be to slip off her shoes and run. AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT SHE DOES!
It is now 4 months later. She hasn't spoken to her best friend, Hannah, since that dreadful day. Hannah's brother is the groom, whom Allie left at the altar! When Allie learns that Hannah is engaged herself, she knows she must be there for her friend.
As Allie becomes involved in all the wedding activities, she knows she will eventually cross paths with Marcus Hall, the man she ran from. You will enjoy this fun tale as Allie and Marcus learn new truths about themselves and each other!
I had not read anything by this author previously; however, I thoroughly enjoyed reading this short story by this new author! I will definitely be looking for her books in the future!
